Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

To use Deydric, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use a passwordless login system. A one time code is sent to your email each time you log in.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your email address up to date
• Not share your account or login codes with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Services

Deydric provides AI powered creation tools:

• Image Generator — Create images from text prompts using multiple AI models
• Video Creator — Generate AI video from prompts or images
• Character Lock — Maintain visual consistency of a character across multiple generated images
• Image Editor — AI powered editing, enhancement, restyling, and background removal

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time without notice.

3. Coins and Payment

Deydric uses a coin based system. You purchase coins with real money and spend them on AI generations.

• Coin pricing, minimum purchase amounts, and generation costs are displayed on the platform and may change at any time
• Coins do not expire
• Coins are non transferable between accounts (except within a team)
• All payments are processed by Stripe
• Current pricing and coin costs per tool are always visible in your dashboard

We reserve the right to adjust coin pricing, generation costs, and available features at any time. Current rates are displayed on the platform.

5. AI Generated Content and Ownership

Your Outputs

You own the rights to the images and videos you generate using Deydric. You may use your generated content for any purpose, including commercial use.

Your Inputs

You retain ownership of any images you upload for editing or character locking. By uploading content, you grant Deydric a limited license to process it through our AI pipeline for the purpose of providing the service.

No Guarantees

AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that outputs will match your expectations, be free from artifacts, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Outputs may occasionally contain unexpected elements.

6. Teams and Corporate Accounts

Team accounts allow multiple users to generate under a shared coin balance.

• The team owner manages members, purchases coins, and controls access
• Team members log in with their own accounts
• The team owner is responsible for all activity on the team account
• Team members can be added or removed at any time by the owner
• Coins are shared across the team and deducted from the team balance

8. Intellectual Property

The Deydric platform, including all software, AI models, designs, logos, text, and other content (excluding your generated outputs) is owned by Deydric and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Deydric," the Deydric logo, and model names (PhotoReal, Clayvo, Animart, Pristine, etc.) are trademarks of Deydric. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or that generated outputs will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEYDRIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deydric from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• Remaining coins are forfeited (no refund)
• Your generated content may be deleted after 30 days
• You may request export of your generated content before deletion

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

14. General Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deydric
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent
• Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance
