By creating an account or using Deyric services, you agree to these Terms. This agreement contains a binding arbitration provision and class action waiver (Section 18). Please read carefully.
Welcome to Deyric. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Deyric, Inc. ("Deyric," "Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Deyric.com website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services").

8.Intellectual Property Rights
🚨 CRITICAL: DATABASE COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
The Deyric database, including but not limited to company profiles, contact information, buying signals, and all data compilations, is protected by copyright law as a collective work and/or compilation under U.S. and international copyright laws (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).
8.1 Database Rights
Deyric owns exclusive rights to the selection, coordination, arrangement, and compilation of data within our database. While individual data points may be publicly available, our unique collection, curation, validation, organization, and presentation of this data constitutes proprietary intellectual property protected by:
- United States Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.)
- Database protection laws in applicable jurisdictions
- Trade secret laws
- Unfair competition laws
8.2 Prohibited Uses - NO EXCEPTIONS
You may NOT under any circumstances:
- ❌Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Deyric database, whether in whole or in part
- ❌Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data beyond normal platform usage
- ❌Share your login credentials or API keys with third parties to enable unauthorized access
- ❌Export data for resale or redistribution to others, whether for profit or not
- ❌Create derivative databases using Deyric data or build competing products
- ❌Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our data sources, algorithms, or methodologies
- ❌Remove or alter any proprietary notices, copyright marks, or attribution
8.3 Permitted Uses
You MAY:
- ✓Export data for YOUR internal business use only (sales, marketing, recruiting for your organization)
- ✓Use data to contact prospects for YOUR sales and marketing efforts
- ✓Store data in YOUR CRM for YOUR organization's use only
- ✓Share data with YOUR employees/contractors who have signed appropriate NDAs
8.4 Enforcement and Penalties
Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in:
- Immediate account termination without refund
- Legal action for copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
- Statutory damages of up to $150,000 per violation under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)
- Injunctive relief to prevent further violations
- Recovery of attorney's fees and costs under 17 U.S.C. § 505
- Criminal penalties for willful infringement under 18 U.S.C. § 2319
8.5 Other Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, technology, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by or licensed to Deyric and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8.6 Trademarks
"Deyric," the Deyric logo, and other Deyric marks are trademarks or service marks of Deyric, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
6.No Refunds Policy
💰 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
This includes, without limitation:
- Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
- Gold Coins (used or unused)
- Add-on purchases
- Overage charges
- Any other fees paid to Deyric
Key Points:
- • No refunds for unused Gold Coins (even if expired)
- • No refunds for early cancellation (you keep access until period ends)
- • No refunds if we terminate your account for Terms violations
- • No refunds based on data accuracy, completeness, or usefulness
