3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Cloudflare for content delivery and storage of generated outputs
• AI model providers for processing your generation requests (prompts are sent to generate outputs)
• Law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights

4. AI Generated Content

When you use our tools, your text prompts are sent to AI models to generate images or videos. We may store your prompts and generated outputs to provide the service, maintain your generation history, and improve our platform.

5. Coins and Payment Data

Deydric uses a coin based system for all generation activity. When you purchase coins, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We retain transaction records (amount, date, coins credited) for accounting and dispute resolution.

6. Teams and Corporate Accounts

If you create or join a team account, the team owner can see team member activity including generation counts, coin usage, and account status. Team owners cannot see individual prompts or generated content of other members unless explicitly shared.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is stored until you delete it or close your account. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Data Security

We use industry standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how people use our platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

Deydric is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
